What we collect and why
When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the product, quantity, destination port, Incoterm, sample request and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
To protect the form from abuse we process a short-lived, keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting. It is not stored with your request.
What we do not do
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or embeds. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Where the data goes and how long we keep it
This website and our business mailbox are hosted by Hostinger, our web host, and your request is delivered to that mailbox. A backup copy of each request is kept, encrypted, on our hosting account for up to 180 days and then deleted. Correspondence that leads to an order is kept as long as our legal and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@samarthanexus.com. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors in the European Economic Area or the UK, under the GDPR. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
